【摘要】 高等教育枢纽是高等教育国际化的最新形式。香港建设高等教育枢纽的愿景包括成为世界教育高地、加强产学研深度融合、制定具有国际吸引力的人才政策。在上述愿景指引下，香港取得了举世瞩目的成就，主要表现为：采用国际化战略，吸引了众多国际人才；多元化发展教育，满足了不同层次的社会需求；建设高质量的教育体系，打造卓越教育。但同时也出现资源配置与高校发展规划之间的矛盾、学生多样性与文化治理之间的矛盾、高等教育国际化与产业需求适配度之间的矛盾。展望未来，应从促进教育与区域协调发展、适应学生多样性与文化认同的制度需求、实现国际化战略与本地经济双向耦合等措施提高香港高等教育的竞争力，强化香港作为区域高等教育枢纽的中心地位。更多还原

【Abstract】 The higher education hub represents the latest form of internationalization in higher education. The vision for building such a hub in Hong Kong includes establishing a world-class education center, deepening the integration of industry, academia, and research, and formulating internationally appealing talent policies. Guided by this vision, Hong Kong has made remarkable progress: adopting internationalization strategies to attract global talent, developing a diversified education system to meet diverse social needs, and building a high-quality education system with excellent outcomes. However, three contradictions have emerged: between resource allocation and university development planning; between student diversity and cultural governance; and between the internationalization of higher education and alignment with industrial demands. Looking ahead, measures should be taken to prioritize education and promote regional integrated development, address the institutional demands arising from student diversity and cultural identity, achieve two-way alignment between internationalization strategies and the local economy, and enhance the competitiveness of Hong Kong’s higher education, thereby reinforcing its central position as a regional higher education hub.更多还原
