同期发情-定时输精方案对青年和经产湖羊母羊繁殖效率的影响
Effects of synchronization of ovulation and timed insemination programs on the reproductive efficiency of young and lactating Hu sheep ewes
【摘要】 试验旨在优化湖羊同期发情-定时输精方案,提升集约化羊场的繁殖效率。将464只健康、体况良好的青年湖羊母羊随机分为3组,分别采用醋酸氟孕酮(FGA)+前列腺素(PG)、FGA+孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)及FGA+PMSG+PG组合方案进行同期发情处理。撤栓后0~120 h进行发情鉴定;随后对母羊进行发情体征评分,发情母羊进行定时输精,并于授精后35 d通过B超进行妊娠诊断;比较FGA+PMSG+PG处理方案下青年和经产母羊发情动态、血清学变化和不同定时输精方案的差异。结果表明:FGA+PMSG+PG组的发情率最高(96.91%),发情高峰出现在撤栓后48 h,青年与经产母羊的雌二醇(E2)峰值均出现在撤栓后48 h,卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)峰值则出现在撤栓后60 h。FGA+PMSG+PG组受胎率(71.23%)、分娩率(61.89%)和产羔率(177.90%)均显著优于其他两组(P<0.05)。青年母羊在撤栓后48,62 h输精的受胎率(76.47%)显著高于48,56 h(57.14%,P<0.05);而经产母羊在48,56 h输精的受胎率(56.25%)略高于48,62 h(52%,P>0.05)。说明在该试验条件下FGA+PMSG+PG是诱导青年湖羊同期发情的最佳方案。青年母羊可采用撤栓后48,62 h两次输精,经产母羊则采用撤栓后48,56 h两次输精,以最大限度地提高受胎率。
【Abstract】 This experiment aimed to optimize the estrus synchronization-timed artificial insemination protocol for Hu sheep and enhance reproductive efficiency in intensive sheep farms. A total of 464 healthy, well-conditioned young female Hu sheep were randomly divided into three groups and treated with hormone combinations of fluorogestone acetate(FGA)+prostaglandin(PG), FGA+pregnant mare serum gonadotropin(PMSG), and FGA+PMSG+PG for estrus synchronization. Estrus identification was conducted from 0 to 120 hours after sponge withdrawal; ewes were then scored for estrus signs, and those exhibiting estrus underwent timed artificial insemination. Pregnancy diagnosis was performed via ultrasound 35 days after insemination. The estrus dynamics, serological changes, and differences in timed artificial insemination protocols were compared between young and multiparous ewes under the FGA+PMSG+PG treatment. The results showed that the FGA+PMSG+PG group had the highest estrus rate(97. 00%), with the peak of estrus occurring 48 hours after sponge withdrawal. The peaks of estradiol(E2) in both young and multiparous ewes occurred 48 hours after sponge withdrawal, while the peaks of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) occurred 60 hours after sponge withdrawal. The conception rate(71. 23%), lambing rate(61. 89%), and fecundity rate(177. 90%) in the FGA+PMSG+PG group were significantly higher than those in the other two groups(P<0. 05). For young ewes, the conception rate(76. 47%) was significantly higher when inseminated at 48 and 62 hours after sponge withdrawal compared to 48 and 56 hours(57. 14%, P<0. 05). For multiparous ewes, the conception rate(56. 25%) at 48 and 56 hours after sponge withdrawal was slightly higher than at 48 and 62 hours(52%, P>0. 05). In conclusion, under the conditions of this experiment, FGA+PMSG+PG is the optimal protocol for inducing estrus synchronization in young Hu sheep. For young ewes, double insemination at 48 and 62 hours after sponge withdrawal is recommended, while for multiparous ewes, double insemination at 48 and 56 hours after sponge withdrawal is suggested to maximize conception rates.
