普通外科疾病护理项目难度系数研究

【摘要】 目的 确定普通外科疾病的护理项目并评价各护理项目的难度系数。方法 通过病历分析法确定了108项普通外科护理项目,采用专家咨询法进行护理项目补充、修改并评分,采用加权线性和法计算护理项目难度系数并与其他同类研究的24个相同护理项目进行一致性分析,应用简单线性回归校正护理项目的难度系数。结果 最终确定了142个普通外科护理项目及对应的难度系数。结论 确定的142个普通外科护理项目难度系数符合临床实际,为普通外科护理项目难度系数的临床应用提供数据支撑。

【Abstract】 Objective To identify the nursing items for general surgical diseases and evaluate the difficulty coefficient of each nursing item.Methods A total of 108 general surgical nursing items were identified through case analysis.The expert consultation method was used to supplement and revise the nursing items and to rate them.The weighted linear sum method was used to calculate the difficulty coefficient,and consistency analysis was performed using 24 identical nursing items from other similar studies.Simple linear regression was applied to calibrate the difficulty coefficient.Results A total of 142 general surgical nursing items and their corresponding difficulty coefficients were determined.Conclusion The difficulty coefficients of the 142 general surgical nursing items are consistent with clinical practice,and provided data support for subsequent clinical application.
