【摘要】 目的 系统评价居家口服营养补充对消化道肿瘤患者术后营养状况及生活质量的影响。方法 在The Cochrane Library、CINAHL、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文科技期刊数据库中检索对消化道肿瘤术后患者在常规饮食基础上实施居家口服营养补充的随机对照试验，检索时限为建库至2025年8月25日。两名研究人员对文献进行独立筛选、资料提取和质量评价，并采用软件RevMan5.3进行分析。结果 共纳入文献12篇，患者1 877例。Meta分析结果显示，居家口服营养补充可显著提高患者术后体质指数[MD=0.86,95%CI(0.65,1.07),P<0.001]、血清前白蛋白[MD=0.09,95%CI(0.08,0.10),P<0.001]及体重[MD=1.81,95%CI(1.27,2.35),P<0.001]，但在提升血清白蛋白[MD=-0.01,95%CI(-0.06,0.04),P=0.760]和改善生活质量[MD=0.25,95%CI(-0.16,0.65),P=0.230]方面差异无统计学意义。结论 居家口服营养补充可改善消化道肿瘤患者术后体质指数、血清前白蛋白及体重水平，且随干预时间延长效果更为明显，但其对血清白蛋白及生活质量的影响尚不明确。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To systematically evaluate the effects of home-based oral nutritional supplements(ONS) on postoperative nutritional status and quality of life in patients with gastrointestinal tumors.Methods The Cochrane Librar y,CINAHL,PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,China Biomedical Literature Database,China Knowledge Network,Wanfang Database,and VIP Chinese Science and Technical Journal Database were searched to identify randomized controlled trials evaluating the effects of home-based ONS in addition to a standard diet in postoperative patients with gastrointestinal tumors.Searches were conducted from database inception to August 25,2025.Two reviewers independently performed literature screening,data extraction,and quality assessment.RevMan 5.3 was used for the statistical Meta-analysis.Results A total of 12 studies involving 1,877 patients were included.The Meta-analysis showed that home-based ONS significantly increased body mass index(BMI) [MD=0.86,95%CI(0.65,1.07),P<0.001],prealbumin[MD=0.09,95%CI(0.08,0.10),P<0.001],and body weight [MD=1.81,95%CI(1.27,2.35),P<0.001].However,no statistically significant differences were observed in albumin [MD=-0.01,95%CI(-0.06,0.04),P=0.760] and quality of life[MD=0.25,95%CI(-0.16,0.65),P=0.230].Conclusion The homebased ONS can improve postoperative BMI,prealbumin,and body weight in patients with gastrointestinal tumors after surgery.The effect becomes more significant as the intervention time prolongs.However,its impact on albumin and quality of life is still unclear.更多还原
