【摘要】 护理服务隐性受限强调护士在评估患者病情、面对有限护理资源配置时，决定放弃实施某些护理措施，现已成为衡量护理安全性与质量的重要指标之一。文章阐述了护理服务隐性受限的研究现状，从组织、个人等层面对其影响因素展开综合分析，并提出强化情绪智慧型领导、壮大辅助护理队伍、构建高效协作机制、系统化开展分层分类培训、营造全方位赋权环境等减少护理服务隐性受限的研究展望，旨在切实减少临床护理工作中护理服务隐性受限行为的发生，提升护理服务质量，也为后续开展相关研究提供思路与参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Implicit rationing of nursing care refers to the situation where nurses,when assessing patients’ conditions and facing limited nursing resource allocation,decide to forgo certain nursing measures.It has become one of the key indicators for evaluating nursing safety and quality.The article examines the current state of research on implicit rationing of nursing care,offering a comprehensive analysis of the factors influencing it from organizational,individual,and other perspectives.It also proposes future research directions to reduce implicit rationing of nursing care,including strengthening emotionally intelligent leadership,expanding the auxiliary nursing workforce,establishing efficient collaboration mechanisms,systematically implementing stratified and categorized training,and creating a comprehensive empowering environment.The aim is to effectively reduce the occurrence of implicit rationing behaviors in clinical nursing practice,improve the quality of nursing services,and provide ideas and references for subsequent related research.更多还原
