工程化水凝胶在呼吸系统疾病中的研究进展
Advances in Engineered Hydrogels for Respiratory Diseases
【摘要】 以慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺纤维化、肺癌为代表的慢性呼吸系统疾病,因其高发病率、高致残致死率及沉重的社会经济负担,已成为全球公共卫生领域的重大挑战。此类疾病在发病机制解析、新型诊疗策略开发等方面仍存在不足,传统治疗模式难以完全满足临床需求。在此背景下,水凝胶作为一种具有可调节机械性能和出色生物相容性的生物材料,已在药物递送、组织工程等领域取得进展,展现出广阔的应用前景。本文综述水凝胶在常见呼吸系统疾病中的应用,探讨其在疾病机制解析、治疗以及预防中的潜力和优势。
【Abstract】 Chronic respiratory diseases represented by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary fibrosis, and lung cancer have become a major challenge in global public health due to their high incidence, high disability and mortality rates, and heavy socioeconomic burden. There remain shortcomings in the understanding of pathogenesis and the development of new diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for such diseases, and traditional treatment models cannot fully meet clinical needs. Against this backdrop, hydrogels, as biomaterials with tunable mechanical properties and excellent biocompatibility, have made progress in fields such as drug delivery and tissue engineering, demonstrating broad application prospects. This article reviews the applications of hydrogels in common respiratory diseases and discusses their potential and advantages in elucidating disease mechanisms, treatment, and prevention.
