微生物对盐碱土壤养分的作用机制及其研究进展

【摘要】 盐碱地是我国重要的后备耕地资源。盐碱地的有效改良和利用可以保障我国耕地面积和粮食产出。高盐高碱会导致土壤性质恶化,产能降低,严重制约我国农业生产,进而威胁全球粮食安全,影响社会经济可持续发展。微生物是土壤的重要组成部分。微生物介导的绿色修复技术是改良盐碱地的重要手段,是统筹农业生产力与生态完整性的重要支撑技术。然而,现今对于微生物改良盐碱地的改良机制和生物技术尚未充分探索。因此,本研究就微生物在盐碱地改良过程中土壤养分改善的机制进行了综述,同时对微生物菌肥在盐碱地的应用现状进行了分析与展望,以进一步促进微生物改良绿色技术在盐碱土壤中的应用,旨在为盐碱土壤改良和利用提供理论支持和技术参考。

【Abstract】 Saline-alkali land represents a significant reserve of arable land resources in China. Its effective amelioration and utilization are crucial for safeguarding the country’s cultivated land area and grain output.High salinity and alkalinity degrade soil properties and reduce productivity,severely constraining agricultural production and posing a threat to global food security and socio-economic sustainability.Microorganisms are fundamental components of soil ecosystems.Microbe-mediated green remediation technologies serve as important means for improving saline-alkali lands and play a key role in balancing agricultural productivity with ecological integrity.However,the mechanisms and biotechnological applications of microbial amelioration remain insufficiently explored. This review summarizes the mechanisms through which microorganisms enhance soil nutrient availability during saline-alkali land remediation.It also analyzes and prospects the current application of microbial inoculants/biofertilizers in such environments,with the aim of promoting the adoption of microbial green technologies in saline soil improvement. This study seeks to provide theoretical support and technical references for the rehabilitation and utilization of saline-alkali soils.
