典型中草药重金属污染来源及其超标分析
Analysis of heavy metal contamination sources and exceedance levels in typical chinese herbal medicines
【摘要】 近年来,受工业化的快速发展、区域高背景值及中药材产品生产多环节等影响,中草药重金属超标形势严峻。为系统分析中草药重金属超标种类、超标程度及污染原因,本研究检索并下载466篇关于全国各地产区中草药重金属污染的中英文文献,根据要统计内容筛选出其中48篇文献进行统计分析。研究表明,中草药重金属污染现象普遍存在,且超标形势严峻,其中以根茎类药材超标最为严重,镉(Cd)污染最为突出。基于系统探讨中草药区域分布及其重金属污染情况,为我国中草药的重金属防控和药材品质提升提供参考依据与数据支持。
【Abstract】 Chinese herbal medicines,renowned for their abundant resources and unique therapeutic efficacy,represent one of China’s industries with significant international competitive advantages.In recent years,the escalating challenge of heavy metal exceedances in these medicines—driven by rapid industrialization,high background values in specific regions,and multi-stage production processes—has led to compromised quality,reduced therapeutic efficacy,and public health risks due to toxicological hazards. To systematically analyze the types,extent,and sources of heavy metal exceedances in Chinese herbal medicines,a total of 466 Chinese and English literature reports on heavy metal contamination across various production regions in China were retrieved and collected. Following screening based on predefined statistical criteria,48 articles were selected for systematic analysis.The study reveals that heavy metal contamination is widespread among Chinese herbal medicines,with a serious exceedance situation.Root and rhizome herbs were the most severely contaminated category, and cadmium( Cd) was identified as the most prominent contaminant. Through a comprehensive investigation of regional distribution patterns and contamination profiles,this research provides critical insights and empirical data to guide the development of prevention and control strategies for heavy metal pollution, thereby advancing the quality assurance and sustainable development of Chinese herbal medicines.
