水中抗生素存在形式及分析检测技术研究进展

【摘要】 介绍了水中典型抗生素的理化特性和存在形态,以及其特性对前处理及检测技术的影响。对比分析了水中抗生素不同前处理方法的优缺点,探讨了液相色谱-紫外检测法(LC-UV)、液相色谱-荧光法(LC-FLD)和超高效液相色谱-质谱联用法(UPLC-MS/MS)等检测技术的特点和适用性。提出了未来抗生素分析与检测技术的发展应重点关注环境友好性、现场筛查与监测,以及自动化与高通量分析等方面。

【Abstract】 This article reviewed the physicochemical properties and existence forms of typical antibiotics in water and the influence of their characteristics on pretreatment and detection techniques. It compared and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of different pretreatment methods for antibiotics in water, and discussed the characteristics and applicability of detection techniques, including liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection(LC-UV), liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection(LC-FLD), and ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS). It proposed that future development of antibiotics detection technology should focus on environmental friendliness, on-site screening and monitoring, automation and high-throughput analysis.
