水产养殖中孔雀石绿的高灵敏度荧光检测

【摘要】 采用溶剂热法,以ZrCl4为金属源、四[4-(4’-羧基苯基)苯基]乙烯(H4ETTC)为配体,制备了形貌规则、结晶度高、发光强度大且稳定的荧光金属有机骨架材料(PCN-128),并将其作为荧光探针应用于水产养殖水和淡水鱼肉中兽药孔雀石绿(MG)的痕量残留检测.结果表明,PCN-128对MG不仅表现出优异的选择性(13种兽药)和良好的抗干扰性(16种阴、16种阳离子和12种兽药),而且体现出较宽的线性检测范围(0.0—7.0μmol·L-1)及高灵敏度(LOD=2.73 nmol·L-1).应用于3种水产养殖用水及1种淡水鱼肉检测,样品加标回收率为89.80%—113.7%,RSD≤2.59%,说明所建立的方法准确、可靠,适用于水产养殖水水质和水产品安全监测.

【Abstract】 A fluorescent metal-organic framework material, designated as PCN-128, was synthesized via a solvothermal method using ZrCl4 as the metal precursor and tetra[4-(4’-carboxyphenyl)phenyl]ethylene(H4ETTC) as the organic linker, which exhibited regular morphology, high crystallinity, significant luminescence intensity and good stability. The resulting material was subsequently applied as the fluorescent probe to detect trace residues of Malachite Green(MG), a veterinary drug, in both aquaculture water and freshwater fish tissue. The results demonstrated that PCN-128 not only displayed exceptional selectivity towards MG among 13 different veterinary drugs but also possessed commendable resistance to interference from 16 anions,16 cations and 12 additional veterinary drugs. Furthermore, the developed method showed a broad linear detection range(0.0—7.0 μmol·L-1) and high sensitivity(LOD=2.73 nmol·L-1). The recoveries of three spiked aquaculture water samples and a freshwater fish sample ranged from 89.80% to113.7%, with the relative standard deviation(RSD) less than 2.59%. The conclusion indicated that the developed method was accurate, reliable and suitable for monitoring the quality of aquaculture water and the safety of aquatic products.
