面向水中阴离子分析的离子色谱固定相设计、制备与应用进展
Progress in design, preparation and application of ion chromatography stationary phases for analysis of anions in water
【摘要】 离子色谱是对复杂水环境中阴离子进行定性与定量的核心分析方法,其分离效能高度依赖色谱固定相性能.本文聚焦于水环境阴离子分析中高选择性、高灵敏度的迫切需求,系统综述了离子色谱固定相的制备与功能化研究进展.首先对比分析了有机聚合物基质与无机基质的特性,进而重点探讨了多种功能化修饰策略及其是如何提升对水环境阴离子分析中的分离选择性与检测能力,最后展望了新型离子色谱固定相材料的发展趋势及其在水环境中对痕量污染物精准识别与高通量监测中的应用前景.
【Abstract】 Ion chromatography is the core analytical method for the qualitative and quantitative determination of anions in complex water environments, and its separation efficiency highly depends on the performance of the ion chromatography stationary phase. This paper focuses on the urgent need for high selectivity and high sensitivity in the analysis of anions in water environments, and systematically reviews the research progress on the preparation and functionalization of ion chromatography stationary phases. First, the characteristics of organic polymer-based and inorganicbased matrices are compared and analyzed. Then, various functionalization strategies are discussed,highlighting how they enhance the separation selectivity and detection ability for anion analysis in water environments. Finally, the development trends of novel ion chromatography stationary phase materials are projected, along with their application prospects in precise identification and highthroughput monitoring of trace pollutants in water environments.
