高温气冷堆长寿期1E级湿度仪的研制

【摘要】 针对高温气冷堆一回路氦气湿度测量,设计了一款长寿期1E级湿度仪。首先阐述了湿度仪的整体设计方案,然后通过测量重复性、响应时间、承压及加速热老化等试验对温湿度传感器进行选型,并设计了数字化变送电路和运行在变送电路中的软件对温湿度传感器的数据进行处理和输出,通过试验对湿度仪的性能进行验证。该湿度仪具备更简单可靠的结构和更好的长期稳定性,对降低高温气冷堆专用湿度仪的制造和维护成本具有显著效果。

【Abstract】 A 1E-class hygrometer with a long service life was designed for the measurement of hygrometer in the primary circuit of high-temperature gas-cooled reactors. Firstly, having its overall design scheme expounded and the temperature and humidity sensor selected through tests such as measurement repeatability, response time, pressure resistance and accelerated thermal aging, including having a digital transmission circuit and software running in the transmission circuit designed to process and output the data of the temperature and humidity sensor, as well as making use of tests to verify performance of the humidity meter. The results show that, this hygrometer boasts simpler and more reliable structure and better long-term stability and dedicated to high-temperature gas-cooled reactors, has a significant effect on reducing both manufacturing and maintenance costs.
