大型试验舱外压稳定性分析
Stability Analysis of the Large-scale Test Chamber under External Pressure
【摘要】 大型试验舱作为测试装备,承受内外压作用,其大尺寸舱门破坏了结构的连续性,故试验舱的外压稳定性分析尤为重要。以某大型试验舱为研究对象,分别通过特征值屈曲和非线性屈曲两种方法对其外压条件下的稳定性进行研究。结果表明,特征值屈曲方法下,结构的临界屈曲载荷为0.521 MPa;非线性屈曲方法得出的结构临界屈曲载荷为0.388 MPa;非线性屈曲分析的临界载荷相较于特征值屈曲的结果低25.5%。
【Abstract】 Acting as a testing equipment, the large-scale test chamber subjected to both internal and external pressure features a large hatch that compromises the structural continuity. Therefore, external pressure stability analysis of the chamber becomes crucial. In this paper, a large-scale test chamber was taken as the research object and its stability under external pressure was investigated through the eigenvalue buckling and nonlinear buckling methods respectively. The results show that, through adopting the eigenvalue buckling method, the critical buckling load of the structure is 0.521 MPa. The critical buckling load of the structure obtained by the nonlinear buckling method is 0.388 MPa. The critical load of nonlinear buckling analysis is 25.5% lower than the result from the eigenvalue buckling method.
