基于理论及仿真方法的超高压厚壁圆筒增强处理性能研究

【摘要】 对超高压厚壁圆筒进行增强处理性能研究,经理论计算与有限元仿真对比验证模型适用性。研究表明:自增强、过盈套合处理可降低工作压力下最大等效应力,最优方案为内外筒单独自增强后套合,最大等效应力和沿壁厚方向等效应力的标准差较未处理时降幅最大,本研究可为超高压容器设计制造提供技术支撑与工艺优化方向。

【Abstract】 Throug comparing theoretical calculations with finite element simulations, the reinforcement treatment performance of ultrahigh pressure thick-walled cylinders was investigated to verify applicability of the model. The results show that, both self-reinforcement and shrink-fit treatment can reduce the maximum equivalent stress under working pressure. The optimal solution is to perform self-reinforcement on the inner and outer cylinders alone and then assemble them by shrink-fit. The maximum equivalent stress and the standard deviation of equivalent stress along the wall thickness are significantly reduced compared to the untreated condition. This study provides technical support and directions for process optimization in both design and manufacturing of the ultrahigh pressure vessels.
