PEG基CO2分离膜的制备及其在石油碳氢含量测定中的应用
Preparation of PEG-based CO2 Separation Membrane and Its Application in Petroleum Hydrocarbon Analysis
【摘要】 燃烧法测定石油中碳、氢含量的传统装置依赖吸附剂分步捕获CO2和H2O,操作复杂。作者采用一种基于聚乙二醇(PEG)的复合分离膜实现了CO2的分离。该膜在300℃空气中未出现显著质量损失,热稳定性好,断裂伸长率超过120%,拉伸强度达到32 MPa,力学性能较好,且能选择性地透过CO2。将该膜固定在石油检测装置的覆膜段中,通过测定冷凝水的质量和透过的CO2体积,测得乙醇的碳含量为79.95%,和理论值80%接近。将其应用于石油产品检测,测得原油碳含量为87.64%,汽油碳含量为85.99%,重现性较高,和元素分析仪结果偏差均小于0.5%。本研究为石油碳氢含量分析提供了一种新方法。
【Abstract】 The traditional device for determining carbon and hydrogen content in petroleum by combustion method relies on adsorbents to capture CO2 and H2O step by step, and the operation is complex. The article proposes a composite separation membrane based on polyethylene glycol( PEG), which achieves efficient separation of CO2 through molecular sieving and synergistic effect of hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity. The membrane does not show significant mass loss in air at 300 ℃, has good thermal stability, a fracture elongation of over 120%, a tensile strength of 32 MPa, and good mechanical properties. The PEG membrane can selectively permeate carbon dioxide. By fixing the membrane in the membrane section of the petroleum detection device, with measuring the quality of condensed water and the volume of carbon dioxide transmitted, the carbon content of ethanol was found to be 79. 95%, which is close to the theoretical value of 80%. And applied to petroleum product testing, the carbon content of crude oil was measured to be 87. 64%, and the carbon content of gasoline is 85. 99%, with high reproducibility. This research provided a new method for petroleum hydrocarbon analysis.
