220 kV变电站电气设备接地网腐蚀损伤原因分析
Corrosion analysis on grounding electrode used for electrical equipment in 220 kV substation
【摘要】 利用宏观检验、化学成分分析、显微组织检验、腐蚀产物形貌及能谱、土壤理化性能分析等试验方法对某220 kV变电站电气设备接地体腐蚀原因进行了试验分析。结果表明,接地体防腐性能不足及碱性高盐的服役环境是造成其腐蚀断裂的主要原因。此外,为提升电气设备接地网寿命周期,确保电网的安全稳定,提出了针对性的建议。
【Abstract】 The corrosion causes of the grounding body of electrical equipment in a 220 kV substation were analyzed through experimental methods such as macro examination, chemical composition analysis, microstructure examination, morphology of corrosion products, and energy spectrum analysis of soil physicochemical properties.The results show that insufficient anti-corrosion performance and alkaline service environment with high salt were the main causes for corrosion of grounding electrode.Additionally, effective suggestions were put forward to enhance the life cycle of electrical equipment grounding grids and ensure the safety and stability of the power grid.
