【摘要】 立足历史中国的疆域治理命题，以长江流域与黄河流域的互动整合为核心线索，可以深入探究农耕中国“大一统”宪制的生成与演变逻辑。西周通过分封建制确立的大一统局限于黄河中下游地区，长江流域因地理气候、文化差异与中原保持松散联系；秦汉为应对北方游牧族群威胁，亟需整合长江流域作为战略后方，通过漕运系统与“均输平准”制度，构建了跨区域物资调配与政治整合机制，凸显了国家统筹在疆域治理中的宪制意义。隋唐大运河的开凿突破了南北交通壁垒，推动政治中心东移与经济重心南移，实现了黄河与长江流域的深度融合；宋明时期“苏常熟，天下足”、“湖广熟，天下足”的经济格局，标志着长江流域成为农耕中国核心经济带，巩固了大一统局面。历史中国复杂的地理气候条件与资源分布不均，内生性催生了举国体制与统筹规划的治理传统，长江作为贯穿东西、连接南北的关键纽带，其航运与经济价值不仅推动了区域整合与文化认同，更塑造了中国特有的大国宪制形态与治理逻辑。这一历史进程既揭示了中国大一统的地理经济根基，也为理解当代举国体制的历史渊源提供了重要视角。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the proposition of territorial governance in historical China,and taking the interaction and integration between the Yangtze River Basin and the Yellow River Basin as the core thread,this study explores the generation and evolution logic of the Grand Uniformity constitutional system in agricultural China.In the Western Zhou Dynasty,the Grand Uniformity established through theenfeoffment system was confined to the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River,while the Yangtze River Basin remained loosely connected with the Central Plains due to geographical,climatic and cultural differences.To counter the threat from northern nomadic groups,the rulers of the Qin and Han dynasties were in urgent need of integrating the Yangtze River Basin as a strategic rear area.Through the grain transportation system and the Equable Marketing and Stabilization(junshu pingzhun) policies,a mechanism for cross-regional material allocation and administrative integration was built,highlighting the constitutional significance of national overall planning in territorial governance.The Grand Canal of the Sui and Tang dynasties broke through the north-south transportation barriers,promoting the political center eastward and the economic center southward,thus achieving the in-depth integration between the two River Basins.During the Song and Ming dynasties,the economic pattern characterized by the saying "A harvest in the Yangtze region feeds the empire" marked that the emergence of the Yangtze as China’s core economic belt solidified the Grand Uniformity.China’s complex geography and uneven resource distribution inherently fostered a tradition of nationwide governance and strategic planning.As a key link running through the east and west and connecting the north and south,the Yangtze River,with its shipping and economic value,not only promoted regional integration and cultural identity,but also shaped China’s unique constitutional form and governance logic.This historical process reveals the geo-economic foundation of China’s Grand Uniformity and provides an important perspective for understanding the historical origin of the contemporary nationwide governance.更多还原
