基于聚异丙基丙烯酰胺温度敏感性的相变分散萃取方法研究
Phase change dispersive extraction method based on temperature sensitivity of polyisopropylacrylamide
【摘要】 本研究合成了聚异丙基丙烯酰胺(PNIPAM)并进行了热重分析和红外光谱表征。PNIPAM具有温度敏感性,据此构建了新型相变分散萃取方法(PTDE),并应用于柑橘中2-萘酚的高效分离富集。该方法通过改变溶液温度实现了液固相变分离,并有效提高了吸附剂的分散速度和分散性,简化了萃取分离过程而且萃取过程中不使用有机溶剂。在优化的萃取条件下,建立了柑橘样品中2-萘酚的PTDE-HPLC-UV分析方法。柑橘中2-萘酚在0.4~1 000μg·kg-1范围具有良好的线性关系(R2=0.999 6),检测限(LOD,S/N=3)为0.12μg·kg-1,富集倍数为91,加标回收率在97.1%~101.3%范围内。该方法重现性和灵敏度满足柑橘中2-萘酚残留的定量分析要求。
【Abstract】 Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAM) was synthesized and characterized by thermogravimetric analysis and infrared spectroscopy. Based on the special temperature sensitivity of PNIPAM, a phase transition dispersive extraction(PTDE) method was established for the efficient separation and enrichment of 2-naphthol in citrus. This method realized liquid-solid phase change separation by changing the solution temperature, and effectively improved the dispersion speed and dispersibility of the sorbent, simplifying the extraction and separation process and no organic solvent was used in the extraction process. Under optimized extraction conditions, a PTDE-HPLC-UV method was established for the detection of 2-naphthol in citrus samples. The 2-naphthol in citrus had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.4~1 000 μg·kg-1(R2=0.999 6), the limit of detection(LOD, S/N=3) was 0.12 μg·kg-1, the enrichment factor was 91, and the spiked recovery was in the range of 97.1%~101.3%. The reproducibility and sensitivity of this method meet the requirements for the quantitative analysis of 2-naphthol residues in citrus.
