竹纤维/聚乳酸复合材料的降解性能研究

【摘要】 随着环境污染和石油资源短缺问题日益严峻,开发高性能的可降解环保材料尤为重要。竹纤维/聚乳酸(BF/PLA)复合材料因其优异的力学性能和生物可降解性,成为目前研究的热点材料之一。通过土埋试验研究了BF/PLA复合板在土壤中6个月的降解过程与性能演变。结果表明,随着土埋降解时间的延长,BF/PLA复合板的质量损失率逐步上升至35.1%,结晶度则下降至14.4%。材料微观形貌变化明显,出现PLA基体剥落、BF断裂等破坏现象。BF/PLA复合板的力学性能在降解过程中逐渐衰减,第4个月后基本失去承载能力。

【Abstract】 With the increasingly serious problems of environmental pollution and shortage of petroleum resources, the development of high-performance biodegradable and environmentally friendly materials is particularly important. Bamboo fiber/poly(lactic acid)(BF/PLA) composites have gained significant research attention due to their excellent mechanical properties and biodegradability. The degradation behavior and property changes of BF/PLA composites were investigated through six-month soil burial experiments. The results showed that the mass loss rate of BF/PLA composites gradually increased to 35.1% and the crystallinity decreased to 14.4% with increasing the soil degradation time. The composites also displayed pronounced changes of surface morphology, including characteristic damage features such as PLA matrix peeling and BF fracture. The mechanical properties of the BF/PLA composites gradually declined during the degradation process, which almost lost their load-bearing capacity after the four-month soil burial tests.
