PBAT/sc-PLA复合纤维的制备与性能研究
Study on the Preparation and Properties of PBAT/sc-PLA Composite Fibers
【摘要】 为研究聚对苯二甲酸-己二酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)添加的质量分数和热定型温度对PBAT/立构复合聚乳酸(sc-PLA)纤维力学性能、耐水解性能、耐热性能及染色性能的影响,采用熔融纺丝制备不同质量分数PBAT的复合纤维,采用差示扫描量热(DSC)仪、纱线强伸度仪、动态热机械分析(DMA)仪分别研究不同热定型温度下PBAT/sc-PLA纤维的力学性能、耐热性能,同时采用分散染料染色,测试了染色后力学性能变化及耐水解性能。结果表明:添加PBAT使sc-PLA纤维强度降低,但纤维的耐热性能、耐水解性能及柔软度均有所改善;随着热定型温度的升高,复合纤维的初始模量提高,强度先升高后降低,软化点温度提高。
【Abstract】 The effect of mass fraction of poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT) and heat setting temperature on the mechanical properties, hydrolysis resistance, heat resistance and dyeing properties of PBAT/stereo-complex polylactic acid(sc-PLA) fibers were investigated. Melt spinning was used to prepare the composite fibers with different mass fraction of PBAT. The mechanical properties and heat resistance of PBAT/sc-PLA fibers under different treatment temperatures, and the mechanical properties and hydrolysis resistance of PBAT/SC-PLA fibers after dyeing with disperse dyes were studied by DSC, yarn tensile strength tester and DMA. The results show that the addition of PBAT decreases the strength of sc-PLA fiber, but the heat resistance, hydrolysis resistance and softness of the fiber were improved. With the increase of heat setting temperature, the initial modulus of the composite fibers increases, the strength firstly increases and then decreases, and the softening point temperature increases.
