橡塑比对氯化丁基橡胶/聚丙烯热塑性硫化胶性能的影响

【摘要】 采用动态硫化法制备了氯化丁基橡胶(CIIR)/聚丙烯(PP)热塑性硫化胶(TPV),系统研究了橡塑比对CIIR/PP TPV的流变性能、结晶性能、动态力学性能和物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,随着橡塑比的增大,CIIR/PP TPV中橡胶交联网络增强,熔体流动性下降,加工性能变差;TPV的结晶温度和相对结晶度均随之降低,其中结晶温度从96.9℃降至94.1℃,相对结晶度从26.88%降至22.58%;TPV中CIIR相的玻璃化转变温度向高温方向移动,PP相的损耗峰逐渐减弱,表明两相的相容性增强;TPV的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率和硬度均呈下降趋势。

【Abstract】 The chlorinated butyl rubber(CIIR)polypropylene(PP) thermoplastic vulcanizate(TPV)was prepared by dynamic vulcanization. The effects of rubber to plastic ratio on rheological property,crystallization properties, dynamic mechanical proerties and physical and mechanical properties of CIIR/PP TPV were systematically studied. The results showed that with the increase of rubber to plastic ratio, the rubber crosslinked network in the TPV enhanced, while the melt flowability decreased, and the processibility deteriorated. The crystallization temperature and degree of crystallinity of the TPV both decreased, the crystallization temperature dropped from 96.9 ℃ to 94.1 ℃,and the degree of relative crystallinity decreased from 26.88% to 22.58%. The glass transition temperature of CIIR phase in the TPV shifted towards higher temperature, and the loss peak of PP phase gradually weakened, indicating enhanced compatibility between the two phases. The tensile strength,elongation at break and hardness of the TPV showed a downward trend.
