热塑性聚氨酯/丁腈橡胶热塑性弹性体的制备及性能
Preparation and performance of thermoplastic polyurethane/nitrile rubber thermoplastic elastomers
【摘要】 为获得力学性能优异、耐磨性能和止滑性能兼顾的热塑性弹性体,以热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)为基材,采用动态硫化法将丁腈橡胶(NBR)交联并剪切细化为分散相,制备了TPU/NBR热塑性弹性体,研究了结合丙烯腈量和TPU与NBR的配比对其物理机械性能、动态力学性能、耐磨性能、止滑性能及二次加工性能的影响。结果表明,结合丙烯腈质量分数为37%的NBR与TPU共混制备的热塑性弹性体,在0℃时的损耗因子最大、止滑性能最佳;随着NBR占比的增加,TPU/NBR热塑性弹性体的力学性能下降而摩擦系数增大,止滑性能得到改善,TPU与NBR质量比为100/90时弹性体力学性能和止滑性能达到最佳;经二次加工后TPU/NBR热塑性弹性体性能的下降幅度不大。
【Abstract】 In order to obtain thermoplastic elastomers with good mechanical properties, and balances of abrasion resistance and slip resistance, thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU) was used as the matrix,nitrile rubber(NBR) was crosslinked and sheared into dispersed phase via dynamic vulcanization to prepare TPU/NBR thermoplastic elastomers, and the effects of bound acrylonitrile content and blending ratio of TPU to NBR on the physical and mechanical properties, dynamic mechanical properties, abrasion resistance, slip resistance and secondary processability were investigated. The results showed that the thermoplastic elastomer prepared by blending NBR with mass fraction of acrylonitrile of 37% with TPU had the highest loss factor at 0 ℃ and the best slip resistance. With the increase of NBR proportion, the mechanical properties of TPU/NBR thermoplastic elastomers decreased, while the friction coefficient increased and the slip resistance improves. When the mass ratio of TPU to NBR was 100/90, the mechanical properties and slip resistance of TPU/NBR thermoplastic elastomers were the best. After secondary processing, the properties of TPU/NBR thermoplastic elastomer showed only a slight decrease.
