【摘要】 目的 调查青光眼患者视功能相关生活质量现状并分析其影响因素。方法 选取2023年6～10月251例青光眼患者为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、一般疏离感量表、营养风险评估、特定活动平衡信心量表、视功能相关生活质量量表进行调查。结果 青光眼患者视功能相关生活质量得分(69.49±1.18)分，总体视力维度得分最低，色觉维度得分最高。单因素结果分析显示，性别、经济收入、合并糖尿病、共病种类、一般疏离感、营养风险评估、特定活动平衡信心与视功能相关生活质量的关系有统计学意义(P<0.05),共解释33.8%的总变异量。结论 青光眼患者视功能相关生活质量欠佳，不同性别、经济收入、合并糖尿病、一般疏离感、特定活动平衡信心是视功能相关生活质量的主要影响因素，因此临床护理工作中针对以上影响因素制定相应护理措施有利于青光眼患者提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study aimed to understand the current status of quality of life related to visual function among glaucoma patients and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods A total of 251 glaucoma patients from June to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were surveyed by a general information questionnaire, general alienation Scale, nutritional risk assessment, activity-specific balance confidence scale, and quality of life related to visual function scale.Results The quality of life related to visual function score for glaucoma patients was(69.49±1.18) points, with the overall visual acuity dimension scoring the lowest and the color vision dimension scoring the highest. Univariate analysis showed that sex, economic income, comorbid diabetes, number of comorbidities, general alienation, nutritional risk assessment, and balance confidence in specific activities were significantly associated with the quality of life related to visual function in glaucoma patients(all P<0.05), explaining 33.8% of the total variance.Conclusion The quality of life related to visual function in glaucoma patients is poor. Sex, economic income, comorbid diabetes, general alienation, and balance confidence in specific activities are the main factors influencing the quality of life related to visual function. Therefore, formulating corresponding nursing measures based on these influencing factors in clinical care can help improve the quality of life of glaucoma patients.更多还原
