【摘要】 高质量建设“习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想概论”课，必须要解决教材体系向教学体系高质量转化、教学难点讲清讲透、课堂教学模式创新和实践教学有效开展四大难点，疏通部分任课教师情怀不深、站位不高、素质能力不足以及一些高校党委思政课建设主体责任不实四大堵点，消除主体责任难落地、教师素质能力提升乏力、课程建设主体动力不足、课程建设保障不力、课程建设督导流于形式、课程建设评价机制缺失六大痛点。其关键在于构建起一套高质量建设“概论”课程的机制体系。这一机制体系主要包括“概论”课程高质量建设主体责任落实机制、教师素质能力提升机制以及课程高质量建设的动力机制、运行保障机制、督导机制、评价机制等。更多还原

【Abstract】 High-quality construction of the "Introduction to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era" course is a concrete manifestation of the high-quality development concept in the field of ideological and political course construction in colleges and universities,and also an inevitable trend and requirement for the course development. To construct this course with high quality,we must address four major difficulties:the high-quality transformation from the textbook system to the teaching system,the thorough explanation of key teaching points,the innovation of classroom teaching modes,and the effective implementation of practical teaching. We also need to remove four major obstacles:some teachers’ lack of a strong sense of mission,insufficient political stance,and inadequate competence;some university Party committees’ failure to fulfill their main responsibilities for ideological and political course construction. In addition,six key problems must be solved:the difficulty in implementing main responsibilities,weak impetus for improving teachers’ competence,insufficient motivation of curriculum construction subjects,inadequate support for curriculum construction,supervision being a mere formality,and the absence of a curriculum construction evaluation mechanism. The key lies in establishing a comprehensive mechanism system for the high-quality construction of the "Introduction" course. This system mainly includes the main responsibility implementation mechanism,teachers’ competence improvement mechanism,as well as the dynamic mechanism,operation guarantee mechanism,supervision mechanism and evaluation mechanism for the high-quality construction of the course.更多还原
