【摘要】 高校师生党员既是高校党建工作的重要主体，也是高等教育高质量发展的核心主体，同时负担着高校高质量党建工作与高等教育高质量发展的双重使命任务，亟待构建适应高等教育高质量发展要求的师生党支部党建体系，为教育强国建设保驾护航。本文从高等教育高质量发展战略目标出发，针对A高校J学院师生党员进行问卷调研，构建了基于教育高质量发展的师生党员作用发挥的“双层—多维”评价体系，综合考虑了高校教师、学生党员队伍作用发挥的相对重要性，以及在各自细分维度应当发挥作用的相对重要性。本文通过构建适应高等教育高质量发展需要的高校党建评价体系，有助于更好地发挥高校师生党员的先锋模范作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Faculty and student Party members in higher education institutions are not only key actors in Party building efforts at the university level but also central to the high-quality development of higher education. They shoulder the dual responsibility of advancing both high-quality Party building and the high-quality development of higher education. There is an urgent need to construct a Party building system within faculty and student Party branches that aligns with the demands of high-quality educational development, in order to support the national strategy of building a strong education system. Starting from the strategic goals of high-quality development in higher education, this paper conducts a questionnaire survey among faculty and student Party members in College J of University A. It proposes a “dual-level—multi-dimensional” evaluation system for assessing the role performance of faculty and student Party members, taking into account the relative importance of their respective roles and the specific dimensions in which they are expected to contribute. By establishing a Party building evaluation system suited to the needs of high-quality higher education development, this study aims to enhance the exemplary role of faculty and student Party members in universities.更多还原
