【摘要】 复合型外语人才是推进“一带一路”高质量发展的关键要素，其培养质量决定了我国对外开放战略的实施成效和国际化进程。本研究基于成果导向教育(Outcome-based Education,简称OBE)理念，首先对其核心思想和内涵意义进行深入探索，在此基础上构建以OBE为导向的“四体五位”复合型外语人才培养模式，并围绕培养目标、教育理念、教学内容、教学方法及评价机制几个维度展开深层次探讨，以期对外语人才培养和同类研究起到相应的借鉴与补充作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the key element in the high-quality development of the “Belt and Road” Initiative, interdisciplinary foreign language talents cultivation has a direct impact on the implementation effect of the national opening-up strategy and the process of internationalization. Based on the concept of Outcome-based Education(OBE) and deeply combed its concept and system connotation, this study constructs the OBE-based “Four-aspect Five-orientation” cultivation mode of foreign language interdisciplinary talents and conducts in-depth research on cultivating interdisciplinary foreign language talents from training objectives, educational concepts, teaching contents, teaching methods, and evaluation mechanisms to provide practical reference and supplement for the cultivation of interdisciplinary foreign language talents and the similar researches.更多还原
