【摘要】 目的 探讨急性腹痛病因诊断中腹部计算机断层扫描(CT)的早期应用价值。方法 回顾性分析2022年1月至2025年1月期间于河南科技大学第一附属医院就诊的80例急性腹痛患者的临床资料。以临床最终诊断结果为标准，评价CT检查在急性腹痛病因诊断中的价值，分析不同病因的CT表现特点。结果 以临床确诊结果为标准，CT诊断消化系统疾病的符合率为91.67%，诊断泌尿系统疾病的符合率为88.00%，诊断腹部肿瘤的符合率为83.33%，诊断妇科疾病的符合率为76.92%。CT诊断消化系统疾病的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为91.67%、97.73%、95.00%，诊断泌尿系统疾病的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为88.00%、98.18%、95.00%，诊断肿瘤系统疾病的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为83.33%、98.65%、97.50%，诊断妇科疾病的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为76.92%、97.01%、93.75%。结论 腹部CT在急性腹痛的早期诊断中具有较高的应用价值，能够较为快速、准确地识别消化系统疾病、泌尿系统疾病、腹部肿瘤、妇科疾病，可为临床决策提供重要依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the early application value of abdominal computed tomography(CT) in the etiological diagnosis of acute abdominal pain. Methods Clinical data of 80 patients with acute abdominal pain admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from January 2022 to January 2025 were retrospectively analyzed. Using the final clinical diagnosis as the gold standard, the diagnostic value of CT examination for the etiology of acute abdominal pain was evaluated, and the CT imaging features of different etiologies were analyzed. Results Taking the final clinical diagnosis as the standard, the concordance rates of CT diagnosis were91.67% for digestive system diseases, 88.00% for urinary system diseases, 83.33% for abdominal tumors, and 76.92%for gynecological diseases. The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of CT for diagnosing digestive system diseases were91.67%, 97.73%, and 95.00%, respectively; for urinary system diseases, they were 88.00%, 98.18%, and 95.00%; for tumor-related diseases, they were 83.33%, 98.65%, and 97.50%; and for gynecological diseases, they were 76.92%,97.01%, and 93.75%. Conclusion Abdominal CT has high application value in the early diagnosis of acute abdominal pain. It can relatively quickly and accurately identify digestive system diseases, urinary system diseases, abdominal tumors, and gynecological diseases, providing an important basis for clinical decision-making.更多还原
