金属有机框架材料在药物递送中的创新应用
Innovative application of metal-organic framework materials in drug delivery
【摘要】 近年来,金属有机框架材料(MOFs)作为一种新兴的多孔晶体材料,凭借其超高比表面积、可调孔隙结构、易于功能化和良好的生物相容性,在药物递送领域展现出巨大的应用潜力。本文系统综述了MOFs在提高药物溶解度、增强药物稳定性、实现靶向递送、改善控释以及构建多功能药物递送系统方面的研究进展与创新应用策略,并探讨了当前研究中存在的挑战与未来的发展方向,旨在为MOFs作为药物递送载体的开发提供参考。
【Abstract】 Metal-Organic frameworks(MOFs), as an emerging class of porous crystalline materials, demonstrate significant application potential in drug delivery due to their ultrahigh specific surface area, tunable pore structures, ease of functionalization, and good biocompatibility. This review systematically summarizes the research progress and innovative application strategies of MOFs in enhancing drug solubility, improving drug stability, achieving targeted delivery, optimizing controlled release, and constructing multifunctional drug delivery systems. Furthermore, it discusses current challenges in research and future development directions, aiming to provide insights into the development of MOFs as drug carriers.
