【Abstract】 Bone and soft tissue tumors exhibit considerable pathological diversity and marked clinical heterogeneity,resulting in a high rate of initial misdiagnosis.Moreover,optimal treatment strategies are critically dependent on histologic subtype and anatomic location,rendering traditional single-discipline approaches inadequate for delivering optimal care.Multidisciplinary team(MDT) management-integrating expertise from surgery,medical oncology,radiation oncology,radiology,pathology,and other relevant specialties-enables more precise diagnosis,rational therapeutic sequencing,and improved clinical efficiency,thereby significantly enhancing both survival outcomes and quality of life.In response to current clinical needs and evolving practice standards,the Sarcoma Expert Committee of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO) and the MDT Working Group of the Sarcoma Professional Committee of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association(CACA) convened a panel of multidisciplinary experts to develop this consensus statement.It systematically outlines the organizational framework,standardized workflow,and quality assurance mechanisms for MDT-based management of bone and soft tissue tumors,with the aim of promoting its standardized and institutionalized implementation and ensuring comprehensive,team-driven decision-making for patients.更多还原
