【Abstract】 In the new era,the spirit of educators needs to be integrated with and transformed by fine traditional Chinese culture to gain new vitality.The research framework of “spiritual map-docking path-action framework” reveals the symbiotic mechanism between traditional educational wisdom and modern education systems.The spiritual map elucidates the origin and connotation of the spirit of educators;the docking path discusses how the six core connotations can be transformed in the new era;and the action framework looks ahead to the practical transformation of the spirit of educators in the digital age.Therefore,cultivating the spirit of educators should proceed within a dynamic balance between technological rationality and humanistic care.Only in this way can we provide a Chinese solution for fostering virtue through education in the new era,one that combines cultural roots with innovative tension.更多还原
