基于高校公共照明系统的三次谐波成因与治理方案
Causes and Treatment Scheme for Third Harmonic Based on Public Lighting System in Colleges and Universities
【摘要】 高校校园内的电力负荷与一般的市政建筑不同,公用照明的比重很大,并且有明显的潮涨性。随着LED等节能器件的大量应用,由其非线性负荷特征引起的三次谐波问题越来越严重,特别是过电流、变压器过热和配电网的失效风险不断增加。以高校10 kV/0.4 kV三相四线制校园电网为研究对象,对150 Hz谐波的产生机制、危害特性和近期、远期的控制策略进行深入研究,探索新型的控制方法,探索低成本、高性能的解决方法,以期为我国高等院校的电能质量优化和节能减排提供可借鉴的示范途径。
【Abstract】 The power load in college and university campus is different from that of general municipal buildings, featuring a significant proportion of public lighting with pronounced tidal fluctuations. With the extensive application of energy-saving devices such as LED, the third harmonic problem caused by their nonlinear load characteristics is becoming more and more serious, especially the overcurrent, transformer overheating and distribution network failure is increasing. Taking the 10 kV/0.4 kV three-phase four-wire campus power grid in colleges and universities as the research object, this paper conducts an in-depth research on the generation mechanisms, hazard characteristics, short-term and long-term control strategies for 150 Hz harmonics, explores new control methods and low-cost and high-performance solutions, in order to provide a reference demonstration way for power quality optimization and energy conservation and emission reduction in colleges and universities in China.
