云南临沧茶树土壤菌群对茶叶中元素迁移富集特征的影响
The Impact of Soil Microbial Communities of Tea Plants in Lincang, Yunnan on the Migration and Enrichment Characteristics of Elements in Tea Leaves
【摘要】 文章探究了不同地质类型条件下土壤微生物群落对茶叶元素迁移富集的影响机制。实验选取云南省临沧市云县作为研究区域,采集了花岗岩、云母片岩、砂岩及石英岩地区的茶叶、土壤及岩石样品,分析了土壤微生物群落结构及其与茶叶元素富集间的关系。通过16S扩增子测序技术对土壤微生物展开分析,并计算了茶叶元素的生物富集系数。结果表明,不同岩性区域中土壤菌群组成与茶叶元素富集的关系存在显著差异:在花岗岩地区,酸杆菌门与茶叶钾元素呈显著负相关,变形菌门则呈显著正相关;在云母片岩地区,硝化螺旋菌门与茶叶锌元素呈显著正相关;在石英岩地区,汞、铁、砷、锰的迁移显著影响土壤细菌多样性。研究发现,土壤中的细菌多样性与元素循环过程联系紧密,会影响茶叶中元素的含量和富集程度。重金属元素对茶树根系土壤微生物也具有胁迫作用,进一步影响了营养元素的迁移富集。
【Abstract】 This study investigated the influence mechanisms of soil microbial communities on the migration and accumulation of elements in tea leaves under various geological conditions. Yun County of Lincang City, Yunnan Province, was selected as the research area, where tea leaves, soil, and rock samples were collected from granite, mica schist, sandstone, and quartzite regions. The research analyzed soil microbial community structures and their relationship with element accumulation in tea leaves using 16S rRNA sequencing technology, while calculating the bioconcentration factor of elements in tea leaves. Results indicated significant differences in the relationship between soil microbial community composition and element accumulation in tea leaves across different lithological regions. In granite areas, Acidobacteria showed a significant negative correlation with potassium in tea leaves, while Proteobacteria exhibited a significant positive correlation. In mica schist regions, Nitrospirae demonstrated a significant positive correlation with zinc in tea leaves. In quartzite areas, the migration of mercury, iron, arsenic, and manganese significantly influenced soil bacterial diversity. The research reveals that soil bacterial diversity affects the cycling of elements in soil, thereby influencing the content and enrichment of elements in tea leaves. Heavy metal elements exerted stress on the soil microorganisms in the tea rhizosphere, further affecting the migration and enrichment of nutrient elements.
