自动驾驶接管下的智能车载语音助手情绪干预系统设计
Design of Emotion Intervention Systems for Intelligent In-Vehicle Voice Assistants under Autonomous Driving Takeover
【摘要】 针对愤怒等高唤醒负面情绪易导致驾驶员在自动驾驶接管过程中出现反应延迟与操作不稳等问题,研究提出一种基于实时情绪识别的自动驾驶接管干预系统设计方案。该系统通过车载传感器监测驾驶员心率、呼吸等生理信号与车辆行驶状态,识别愤怒情绪强度,并据此启动分级干预机制。干预方式融合多模态交互,包括仪表盘色彩的变化、语音提醒、舒缓音乐及触觉反馈等平复驾驶员情绪。研究表明,系统可有效缓解愤怒情绪,提升接管操作的稳定性,并增强驾驶员对系统的信任感与安全感。
【Abstract】 In response to the fact that high-arousal negative emotions such as anger can lead to delayed reactions and unstable operations by drivers during the process of autonomous driving takeover,this study proposes a design scheme for an autonomous driving takeover intervention system based on real-time emotion recognition.This system monitors the physiological signals such as heart rate and breathing of the driver and the vehicle’s driving status through on-board sensors,identifies the intensity of anger emotions,and then activates a graded intervention mechanism.The intervention methods integrate multimodal interaction,including changes in dashboard colors,voice reminders,soothing music,and tactile feedback,to calm the driver’s emotions.Research shows that the system can effectively alleviate anger emotions,improve the stability of takeover operations,and enhance the driver’s trust and sense of security in the system.
