情绪感知导向下的老旧小区生活性街道空间优化设计研究——以无锡市水秀稻香片区为例

【摘要】 研究以无锡市水秀稻香片区的6个老旧小区与4条生活性街道作为研究对象,基于情绪健康及街道环境要素对居民情绪感知的影响,提出相应的优化策略。通过街景语义分割技术和PAD情绪量表分别对街道物质要素特征指标与居民情绪响应进行量化分析,识别出显著影响情绪感知的街道要素特征指标。结果表明,空间围合度与绿视率对居民情绪具有促进作用,而车行空间占比与建筑界面密度则易引发消极的情绪体验。基于数据分析结果与实地调研,研究从绿视率优化、车行空间管控、围合度调控和建筑界面整合四个维度,提出适用于无锡老旧小区生活性街道的空间优化策略,以期为老旧小区的存量更新提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 This study examines six aging residential estates and four residential streets within the Shuixiu Daoxiang district of Wuxi city. Adopting a perspective of emotional well-being, it investigates how street environmental factors influence residents’ emotional perceptions and proposes corresponding optimisation strategies. Street scene semantic segmentation technology and the PAD emotional inventory were employed to quantify material element characteristics and residents’ emotional responses, respectively. Correlation analysis identified significant street element indicators that have a marked effect on emotional perception. Results indicate that spatial enclosure and green visibility rates positively promote residents’ emotional well-being, in contrast, the proportion of vehicular space and building facade density tend to induce negative emotional experiences. Drawing on data analysis and field research, this study proposes spatial optimization strategies for residential streets in Wuxi’s older neighborhoods, addressing four key dimensions: optimizing green coverage ratios, managing vehicular circulation space, regulating enclosure levels, and integrating building facades. These findings provide a scientific theoretical basis for the renewal of existing older residential areas.
