基于KANO-AHP的孤独症儿童辅助训练产品设计

【摘要】 为探讨孤独症谱系障碍儿童辅助训练产品的设计方法,从而更好地满足其特殊需求并提升训练效果,研究首先通过深度用户访谈与情境观察,获取用户核心需求;其次,结合KANO模型与层次分析法对需求进行系统量化分析,并据此提出包括动机提升、目标导向、渐进式设计及多感官反馈在内的产品设计策略;最后,在上述策略指导下制订了包含模块化训练单元与多感官刺激调节机制的产品方案,为具体设计实践提供明确指导。研究不仅为相关产品的开发提供了有效参考,还为孤独症儿童及其教育者提供了有益支持。

【Abstract】 To explore the design methods of auxiliary training products for children with autism spectrum disorders, and to better meet their special needs and enhance training effectiveness, the study first obtained core user requirements through in-depth user interviews and situational observations. Secondly, combining the KANO model and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), the requirements were systematically quantified and analyzed, and based on this, product design strategies including motivation enhancement, goal orientation, progressive design, and multi-sensory feedback were proposed. Finally, under the guidance of the above strategies, a product plan including modular training units and a multi-sensory stimulation adjustment mechanism was formulated, providing clear guidance for specific design practices. The study not only provides an effective reference for the development of related products but also offers beneficial support to children with autism and their educators.
