IPA模型驱动下的船舶监控系统交互界面设计研究

【摘要】 随着水上航运密度的增加和船舶碰撞事件的频繁发生,船舶监控系统在保障航行安全、提高运营效率方面发挥着重要作用,如何优化船舶监控系统中的交互界面设计,成为学术界和工业界均关注的问题。文章基于IPA模型,综合文献研究和用户访谈对交互界面的重要性和满意度需求构建出包含3个维度18项因子指标的评价体系,通过评价指标对受访者进行问卷调查,根据用户对船舶监控界面指标的满意度和重要性偏好,绘制出功能分布象限图,进而确定用户在交互界面中的实际需求。通过这种方法,设计师能够有针对性地对驾驶监控界面进行设计,从而有效提高用户满意度。在实际应用中,IPA模型的应用使船舶监控交互界面设计更加契合实际的航行需求,以期为相关设计提供一定的参考。

【Abstract】 With the increase in the density of water shipping and the frequent occurrence of ship collision incidents, the ship monitoring system plays a significant role in ensuring navigation safety and improving operational efficiency. How to optimize the interactive interface design in the ship monitoring system has become a concern for both the academic and industrial communities. Based on the IPA model, this article constructs an evaluation system consisting of 18 factor indicators across 3 dimensions by integrating literature research and user interviews on the importance and satisfaction demands of the interactive interface. Through the evaluation indicators, a questionnaire survey is conducted among respondents. According to users’ satisfaction and importance preferences for the indicators of the ship monitoring interface, a functional distribution quadrant chart is drawn. Then determine the actual needs of users in the interactive interface. Through this method, designers can design the driving monitoring interface in a targeted manner, effectively enhancing user satisfaction. In practical applications, the application of the IPA model makes the design of the ship monitoring interaction interface more in line with the actual navigation requirements, with the aim of providing certain references for related designs.
