【摘要】 《严氏济生方》为南宋医家严用和所著，是一部系统整理宋代以前临床经验的综合性医籍。严用和认为眩晕病因多样、病机复杂，其提纲挈领地将眩晕病因分为外感和内伤两大类，治疗外感眩晕主要以解表祛邪为法；治疗内伤眩晕，重视顺气化痰治法运用；对于其他病因引起的眩晕，提倡病证结合，分因施治。本文从理论溯源、病因病机、治法方药三个方面展开探讨，以期揭示严氏眩晕病证治的学术精髓。更多还原

【Abstract】 YAN’s presriptions for succouring the sick was compiled by Southern Song dynasty physician YAN Yonghe. It is a comprehensive medical work that systematically summarizes clinical experience prior to the Song dynasty. YAN held that vertigo has manifold etiologies and intricate pathomechanisms; consequently, he reduced its causes to two overarching categories: external contraction and internal injury. For externally contracted vertigo, he advocated resolving the exterior and expelling pathogenic factors as the primary method; for vertigo due to internal injury, he emphasized rectifying qi and dissipating phlegm. For vertigo caused by other etiologies, he insisted on integrating disease identification with pattern differentiation and administering treatment according to the specific cause. This paper examines YAN’s approach from three perspectives-theoretical origins, etiology and pathomechanisms, and therapeutic methods with corresponding formulas-in order to elucidate the academic essence of his management of vertigo and its enduring influence on the subsequent development of Chinese medical theory concerning this condition.更多还原
