偏载情况下面向指定平面调平系统研究
Study on Leveling System for Specified Plane Under Bias Load Condition
【摘要】 针对光机模块下装系统的特殊要求,研究了一套调平系统,以确保在下装作业时,光机模块与天花板保持垂直。系统利用丝杆升降机中螺母与丝杆之间的间隙来实现限定角度范围内的调平。针对偏载情况,提出了一种创新的“最高点不动”与“指定主要支撑点”结合的四点调平方法,有效降低偏载带来的风险。实验结果表明,该调平系统在可调范围内能够向任意平面实现调平,具有稳定性和可靠性。该调平方法和系统研究为光机模块下装作业提供了一种有效的解决方案。
【Abstract】 For the special requirements of the optical machine module lowering system, a leveling system is investigated to ensure that the optical machine module remains perpendicular to the ceiling during the lowering process. This paper proposes an innovative four-point leveling method that combines "the highest point does not move" and "the main support point is designated", which effectively reduces the risk of partial load. The experimental results show that the leveling system can realize leveling to any level within the adjustable range with stability and reliability. The leveling method and system researched in this paper provide an effective solution for the operation of optical machine modules with lower load.
