【摘要】 聚焦“设计新质生产力”这一特定形态，探究其作为核心驱动引擎，如何系统性地赋能并重塑“武汉设计之都”的发展逻辑与实施路径。基于新质生产力理论，通过理论建构与案例研究相结合的方法，首先界定“设计新质生产力”的概念内涵、构成维度与核心属性，继而以此为框架评估武汉设计之都的建设现状，最后提出系统性发展路径。明确“设计新质生产力”是以设计主体、设计工具、设计对象三大要素跃升为基础，以融合创新、系统赋能、价值引领为核心属性的新型生产力形态；诊断出武汉设计之都呈现“传统设计生产力发达、设计新质生产力培育不足”的结构性特征；提出人才重塑、平台赋能、战略介入、融合激活、服务嵌入、价值引领六条发展路径。将新质生产力理论向设计领域延伸，为设计之都研究提供了新的理论视角，也为武汉设计之都的转型升级提供了兼具解释力与实践性的路径指引。更多还原

【Abstract】 Focusing on the concept of "New Quality Productive Forces of Design", the work aims to explore how it,as a core driving engine, systematically empowers and reshapes the development logic and implementation path of "Wuhan City of Design". Based on the theory of New Quality Productive Forces, an approach combining theoretical construction and case study is adopted. The conceptual connotation, constituent dimensions and core attributes of "New Quality Productive Forces of Design" are firstly defined, then this framework is used to evaluate the current construction status of Wuhan City of Design, and finally a systematic development path is proposed. It is clarified that "New Quality Productive Forces of Design" is a new form of productivity based on the leapfrog advancement of three major elements including design subjects, design tools, and design objects, with integrated innovation, systemic empowerment, and value guidance as its core attributes. It is diagnosed that Wuhan City of Design exhibits structural characteristics of "Traditional design productive forces are developed, but the cultivation of new quality productive forces of design remains insufficient". Furthermore, the six development paths of talent reshaping, platform empowerment,strategic intervention, integration activation, service embedding, and value guidance are proposed. Extending the New Quality Productive Forces theory to the design field provides a new theoretical perspective for research on Cities of Design and offers both explanatory and practical guidance for the transformation and upgrading of Wuhan City of Design.更多还原
