【摘要】 在全球价值链重塑与数字技术革命交汇的时代背景下，新质生产力如何驱动企业突破生产与组织的双重约束，实现海外市场拓展，是亟待解决的重要命题。本文基于异质性企业贸易理论与组织经济学的融合框架，利用2011—2023年中国A股上市公司数据，实证检验新质生产力对企业海外市场拓展的驱动效应及其传导机制。研究发现，新质生产力能够显著驱动企业海外市场拓展，并通过生产赋能效应和治理优化效应两条渠道发挥作用。异质性检验表明，该驱动效应在董监高具有海外背景的企业、高科技行业企业以及在经济政策不确定性较高时期、市场化水平较低、新型数字基础设施薄弱的区域表现更为突出。进一步研究发现，上游供应商的“头部集中”会引发资源锁定与敲竹杠风险，显著抑制新质生产力向国际化动能的转化。本文的研究将新质生产力的微观效应从生产端延伸至治理端，为理解中国企业高质量“走出去”提供了新的理论视角。更多还原

【Abstract】 Against the backdrop of the convergence of global value chain restructuring and the digital technology revolution,how New quality productive forces drives enterprises to break through the dual constraints of production and organization and achieve overseas market expansion has become a critical research question that demands urgent attention.Drawing on an integrated framework of heterogeneous firm trade theory and organizational economics,this paper empirically tests the driving effect of New quality productive forces on enterprises’ overseas market expansion and its transmission mechanisms,using data from Chinese A-share listed companies spanning 2011 to 2023.The study found that new quality productive forces can significantly drive the overseas market expansion of enterprises,and they function through two channels,namely the production empowerment effect and the governance optimization effect.Heterogeneity analysis reveals that this driving effect is more pronounced in enterprises where directors,supervisors,and senior executives have overseas backgrounds,high-tech industry enterprises,periods of high economic policy uncertainty,regions with low marketization levels,and areas with underdeveloped new digital infrastructure.Further research shows that the “top concentration” of upstream suppliers gives rise to resource lock-in and hold-up risks,which significantly impede the transformation of New quality productive forces into internationalization momentum.This study extends the micro-level effects of New quality productive forces from the production dimension to the governance dimension,offering a novel theoretical perspective for understanding the high-quality “going global” of Chinese enterprises.更多还原
