改性磷酸基地质聚合物高效分离甘蔗渣木质素
Efficient separation of sugarcane bagasse lignin using modified phosphoric acid-based geopolymer
【摘要】 为了促进生物质废弃物的清洁高值化利用,探索甘蔗渣木质素的绿色高效分离途径,制备一种含对甲苯磺酸改性的磷酸基地质聚合物(PTSA-PAG)固体酸催化剂,通过在乙醇-水溶剂体系中优化磺酸掺杂量获得最优催化剂PTSA-2-PAG,并将其用于甘蔗渣木质素的催化分离。结果表明,在乙醇与水体积比2∶1、150℃下反应4 h,甘蔗渣木质素提取率高达79.39%。该催化剂具有独特的酸缓释特性,能在低酸环境下高效脱除木质素;经过7次循环使用后,提取率仍保持在48.29%,表现出优异的可回收性与反应稳定性。
【Abstract】 To promote the clean and high-value utilization of biomass waste, a green and efficient separation route for bagasse lignin was explored. A p-toluenesulfonic acid-modified phosphoric acid-based geopolymer(PTSA-PAG) solid acid catalyst was prepared. The optimal catalyst, PTSA-2-PAG, was obtained by optimizing the sulfonic acid doping amount in an ethanol-water solvent system, and was subsequently applied to the catalytic separation of bagasse lignin. The results indicate that under the conditions of an ethanol-to-water volume ratio of 2∶1, a temperature of 150 ℃, and a reaction time of 4 h, the relative extraction yield of bagasse lignin reaches up to 79.39%. The catalyst exhibits a unique acid slow-release property, enabling the efficient removal of lignin in a low-acid environment. Furthermore, after seven cycles of reuse, the extraction yield remained at 48.29%, demonstrating excellent recyclability and reaction stability.
