【摘要】 乡村特色产业是激活乡村振兴内生动力的关键载体，是推动农民增收与城乡融合发展的重要引擎。文章以广西横州市茉莉花产业为研究对象，基于行动者网络理论，构建从利益冲突到协同共生的动态路径，系统剖析乡村特色产业振兴促进共同富裕的内在机制。研究表明：横州市茉莉花产业振兴呈现出一个多元行动者动态转译的网络构建过程。地方政府作为核心行动者，通过多层次征召策略与资源整合发挥决定性作用，有效整合了龙头企业、花农、行业协会、科研机构等异质主体的利益诉求，通过问题呈现、利益赋予与征召、动员、异议协同等转译环节，最终形成稳定的利益联盟。基于此，文章通过案例剖析揭示了行动者网络转译机制在连接特色产业振兴与共同富裕目标中的关键作用，建构了“共利-共情-共生”三位一体的共同富裕实现路径，为我国乡村立足本土资源、推进产业振兴、走向共同富裕提供了可资借鉴的发展范式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rural characteristic industries are a key carrier for activating the endogenous driving force of rural revitalization, and an important engine for promoting farmers’ income increase and urban-rural integration development. The article takes the jasmine industry in Hengzhou City, Guangxi as the research object, and based on the actor network theory, constructs a dynamic path from conflict of interest to collaborative symbiosis, systematically examining the internal mechanism of promoting common prosperity through the revitalization of rural characteristic industries. Research shows that the revitalization of the jasmine industry in Hengzhou City presents a network construction process of dynamic translation by multiple actors; local governments, as core actors, play a decisive role through multi-level recruitment strategies and resource integration, effectively integrating the interests and demands of heterogeneous entities such as leading enterprises, flower farmers, industry associations, and scientific research institutions. Through the translation process of problem presentation, benefit allocation, recruitment mobilization, and dispute resolution, a stable interest alliance is ultimately formed. Based on this, the article reveals the key role of actor network translation mechanism in linking the revitalization of characteristic industries with the goal of common prosperity through case analysis, and constructs a tripartite path to common prosperity characterized by shared benefits, empathetic engagement, and symbiotic growth. This provides a development paradigm for rural areas in China to rely on local resources, promote industrial revitalization, and move towards common prosperity, which can be used as a reference.更多还原
