【摘要】 改革开放至今，我国涌现出一批办学水平较高、人才培养质量较好、特色优势显著、社会声誉优良的民办高校。本研究将我国高水平民办高校作为一个整体，通过纵向多案例分析方法，运用理论抽样方式选取其中的三所案例高校，将其放置在共同的历史发展阶段和经济社会环境背景下，抽取出相近的情境条件、行为互动过程和结果，并通过不断提炼抽绎出三所高校的共性发展规律和过程机理，由此搭建我国高水平民办高校建设的过程化理论模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening-up, a number of private colleges and universities have emerged in China with relatively high level of education, good quality of talent training, remarkable characteristics and advantages, and excellent social reputation. In this study, China’s high-level private colleges and universities are taken as a whole. Through a longitudinal multi-case analysis method, three of the case colleges and universities are selected by using the theoretical sampling approach. They are placed in the common historical development stage and socio-economic environment, where similar situational conditions, behavioral interaction processes and outcomes are extracted. By continuously refining the common development patterns and process mechanisms of these three private colleges and universities, a process-oriented theoretical model for the construction of high-level private colleges and universities in China can be established.更多还原
