【摘要】 本文以“千县工程”政策为背景，以江油市区域医学检验中心为例，探讨了其“2+6+X”运行模式对提升基层医疗机构服务质量的影响。研究通过问卷调查发现，该中心通过资源整合与标准化质量控制体系，显著提升了基层医疗机构的检验项目数量、结果准确性和效率，获得了医务人员的高度认可。患者也体验到就医便利性与检验可靠性的改善，但存在公众知晓率不足和机构间沟通障碍等问题。文章从优化资源配置、加强人才培养和完善信息系统等方面提出改进建议，探讨了区域医学检验中心在推动优质医疗资源下沉、促进服务同质化、助力乡村振兴方面的积极意义与未来发展潜力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the "Thousand-County Project" policy and taking the Jiangyou Regional Medical Laboratory Center as an example, this paper explores the impact of its "2+6+X" operation model on improving the service quality of primary medical institutions. Through a questionnaire survey, the study found that the center significantly increased the number of test items, improved the accuracy and efficiency of results in primary medical institutions by integrating resources and establishing a standardized quality control system, and gained high recognition from medical staff. Patients also experienced enhanced convenience and reliability of medical tests, though issues such as insufficient public awareness and communication barriers between institutions persist. The paper proposes improvement suggestions from perspectives such as optimizing resource allocation, strengthening talent cultivation, and enhancing information systems. It further discusses the positive significance and future development potential of regional medical laboratory centers in promoting the distribution of high-quality medical resources, homogenizing services, and supporting rural revitalization.更多还原
