【摘要】 目的 调查某区域医疗中心医务人员对临床研究的认知与需求，明确其在临床研究能力方面存在的短板，为提升医院科研水平提供决策支持。方法 采用问卷调查法，对该院362名医务人员展开调查。结果 76.0%的调查对象未参加过临床研究；82.0%表示科研压力较大；51.7%认为开展科研的首要目的是职称晋升；92.8%愿意参加科研培训。在开展临床研究的主客观障碍中，比例最高的分别为“缺乏经验”(89.7%)和“缺乏技能”(85.1%)；在科研环节中，最需要帮助的是“选题与立题”(88.4%)。结论 医院医务人员整体临床科研能力薄弱，临床研究人才储备不足。建议加快临床研究人才队伍建设，构建系统的临床研究支撑平台，并规范临床研究数据管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the awareness and needs of medical staff in a regional medical center regarding clinical research, identify their shortcomings in clinical research capabilities, and provide decision-making support for enhancing the hospital’s scientific research level. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 362 medical staff in the hospital. Results 76.0% of respondents had never participated in clinical research; 82.0% reported high levels of research-related stress; 51.7% considered professional title promotion as the primary motivation for conducting research; and 92.8% expressed willingness to participate in research training. Regarding obstacles to conducting clinical research, the most frequently cited subjective and objective barriers were "lack of experience"(89.7%) and "lack of skills"(85.1%), respectively. Among the stages of the research process, the most needed assistance was in "topic selection and formulation"(88.4%). Conclusion The overall clinical research capability of the hospital’s medical staff is relatively weak, and there is a shortage of clinical research talent. It is recommended to accelerate the development of clinical research talent, establish a systematic clinical research support platform, and standardize clinical research data management.更多还原
