【摘要】 目的 对急诊预检分诊护士岗位胜任力相关文献进行研究，旨在明确岗位胜任力的核心要素。方法 系统检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、CNKI等中英文数据库2015年1月至2024年12月发表的文献，共纳入15个国家的36篇文献，对其中的胜任力要素进行汇总。结果 共提取出112项胜任力要素，合并后形成48个关键基本点，并进一步整合为六大核心维度：分别为核心分诊能力、临床专业能力、沟通协调能力、法律伦理与专业素养、心理素质与压力应对、管理与资源调配能力。结论 急诊预检分诊护士岗位胜任力是一个多维度的综合能力体系。本研究提出的六大维度框架可为分诊护士的培训、考核与专业化发展提供理论支持，有助于推动急诊分诊工作的标准化和精准化管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the literature related to job competency for emergency triage nurses, aiming to clarify the core elements of the competency. Methods A systematic search was conducted for literature published between January 2015 and December 2024 in Chinese and English databases such as PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and CNKI. Thirty-six articles from 15 countries were included, and the competency elements from these studies were summarized. Results A total of 112 competency elements were extracted, which were consolidated into 48 key points and further integrated into six core dimensions: Core Triage Ability, Clinical Professional Ability, Communication and Coordination Skills, Legal Ethics and Professionalism, Psychological Quality and Stress Management, and Management and Resource Allocation Ability. Conclusion The job competency for emergency triage nurses constitutes a multi-dimensional comprehensive ability system. The sixdimensional framework proposed in this study can provide theoretical support for the training, assessment, and professional development of triage nurses, and help promote the standardization and precise management of emergency triage work.更多还原
