【摘要】 目的 评估武汉市医疗机构公共卫生能力提升培训项目效果，为今后开展类似项目提供借鉴。方法 以参加2023年武汉市医疗机构公共卫生能力提升培训项目的948名学员为研究对象，基于柯氏模型设计调查问卷。采用秩和检验和卡方检验比较组间差异。结果 883名（93.1%）学员完成问卷调查。863名（97.7%）学员对培训满意；培训前后学员公共卫生知识和能力自评得分明显升高（P<0.001）；课后测试的平均正确率为59.6%。不同城区、不同级别医疗机构、不同职称的学员在满意度、培训后公共卫生知识和能力自我评价、课后测试正确率方面差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 学员对本次培训的满意度较高，但对公共卫生知识和能力的掌握仍需提高。未来需进一步开展医疗机构公共卫生能力培训项目，课程内容和形式需加强实操性、互动性，培训内容需根据不同城区、不同级别医疗机构、不同职称的医务机构公共卫生人员加强针对性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the effect of the 2023 public health capacity training program for Wuhan medical institutions and provide reference for similar programs.Methods All trainees participating in the 2023 public health capacity training program for Wuhan medical institutions were selected as the survey subjects.The questionnaire was designed based on Kirkpatrick’s Model.Rank-sum test and chi-square test were used to compare differences between groups.Results A total of 883(93.1%)trainees completed the questionnaire survey.863(97.7%)trainees were satisfied with the program;the self-evaluation scores of public health knowledge and ability of subject before and after the training were significantly increased(P<0.001);the average of the correct rate of the post training test was59.6%.Subjects from different districts,from different levels of medical institutions,with different professional title had significant difference in satisfaction with the training,the self-evaluation scores of public health knowledge and ability and the correct rate of the post training test.Conclusion The trainees’ satisfaction with the training program was high,but their public health knowledge and ability still need to be improved.In the future,it is necessary to continue to carry out similar public health capacity training programs,and improve the training programs with practicality and interactivity.It is also necessary to select targeted training content for trainees who came from different urban areas,different levels of medical institutions,and with different professional titles.更多还原
