1990-2020年天水市滑坡区域土地生态安全评价

【摘要】 本文基于1990-2020年土地利用数据、滑坡灾害数据、自然数据和社会经济数据,围绕土地生态系统结构-质量-服务功能三大要素构建评价体系,并借助CRITIC客观赋权法确定因子权重,定量评估1990-2020年天水市滑坡区域土地生态安全状况。(1)天水市滑坡区土地生态安全平均指数由1990年的0.452 2上升至2020年的0.574 4。(2)天水市滑坡区的土地生态安全等级分布自1990年至2020年,出现了向更高级别迁移的趋势。(3)研究区土地生态状况具有东南部较优,西北部较低的地理梯度分异。(4)天水市滑坡区生态系统服务价值与人为干扰指数、人口密度间存在一定的权衡关系。1990-2020年天水市滑坡区域土地生态安全状况总体稳步提升,生态修复良好,生态系统抵御功能增强,滑坡区部分区域土地生态修复至安全级,生态环境处于理想状态。在今后的滑坡区土地生态系统修复治理中,需要平衡城市扩张、粮食安全和生态维护,采取设立生态保护区、生态功能区划分、土地复垦与整治等措施,旨在构建一个稳定且可持续的区域土地生态安全格局。

【Abstract】 Based on land use data, landslide disaster data, natural data and socio-economic data from 1990 to 2020, we constructed an evaluation system around the three major elements of land ecosystem structure-quality-service function, and determined the factor weights with the help of the CRITIC objective weighting method, to quantitatively assess the state of land ecological security of landslide area in Tianshui city from 1990 to 2020.(1)The average land ecological safety index of the landslide area in Tianshui City increased from 0.452 2 in 1990 to 0.574 4 in2020.(2) The distribution of land ecological security levels in the landslide areas of Tianshui City showed a trend of migration to higher levels from 1990 to 2020.(3) The geographical gradient of land ecological conditions in the study area shows that the southeastern region is better than the northwestern region.(4)There is a certain trade-off relationship between the ecosystem service value of the landslide area in Tianshui City and the human interference index and population density. The overall land ecological safety condition of landslide areas in Tianshui City steadily improved from 1990 to 2020, with good ecological restoration and enhanced ecosystem resistance function, and land ecological restoration in some areas of landslide areas in Tianshui City to safety level, with the ecological environment in a desirable state. In the future land ecosystem restoration and management of landslide areas, it is necessary to balance urban expansion, food security and ecological maintenance, and to take measures such as the establishment of ecological protection zones, the division of ecological function zones, land reclamation and remediation,aiming to build a stable and sustainable regional land ecological security pattern.
