【摘要】 目的 ：探讨慢性浅表性胃炎（chronic superficial gastritis, CSG）不同证型患者舌象特征，为其临床诊断提供客观依据。方法：采用横断面研究方法，收集经胃镜及病理确诊的160例CSG患者舌象特征及一般资料，同时纳入30例健康者作为对照组。所有舌象图像资料均通过权威的中医舌诊AI开放平台进行分析，比较CSG患者不同证型与对照组健康者的舌象差异。结果：在160例CSG患者中，脾胃湿热证占比最高（36.25%）。舌象特征方面，舌色以淡红舌、红舌为主；舌形以齿痕舌为主；苔色以白苔、黄苔为主；苔质以厚苔、腻苔为主。与健康对照组比较，CSG患者多个证型（如脾胃湿热、肝胃气滞证）在舌色RGB值、HSV值及舌形、苔质分布方面存在显著差异（P<0.05）。此外，不同中医证型之间（如肝胃郁热证与肝胃气滞证）在苔色、苔质分布方面也表现出明显差异（P<0.05）。结论：CSG患者的舌象特征与健康人群存在差异，且不同中医证型患者的舌象特征亦有明显区别，这符合中医舌诊理论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To provide an objective basis for the clinical diagnosis of chronic superficial gastritis(CSG) by exploring the tongue manifestations of patients with CSG of different syndromes. Methods: A crosssectional study design was employed to collect the tongue manifestations and general data of 160 patients with endoscopically and histologically confirmed CSG, meanwhile 30 healthy subjects were included as the control group. All tongue images were analyzed through an authoritative open AI platform for TCM tongue diagnosis, to compare the differences in the tongue manifestations between CSG patients with different syndromes and healthy subjects in the control group. Results: Among 160 CSG patients, the proportion of dampness-heat encumbering spleen-stomach was the highest(36.25%). In terms of the characteristics of tongue manifestations, tongue color was predominantly light red and red; tongue shape was primarily teeth-marked; coating color was mainly white and yellow; and coating quality was chiefly thick and greasy. Compared with healthy control group, signficant differences existed in RGB and HSV values of tongue color, tongue shape and coating quality between CSG of different syndromes(including spleen-stomach dampness-heat, liver-stomach Qi stagnation)(P<0.05). In addition, marked differences were observed in coating color and coating quality between CSG of different syndromes(including liver-stomach stagnation heat pattern, liver-stomach Qi stagnation pattern)(P<0.05). Conclusion: Tongue manifestations in CSG patients are different from healthy people, and there are clear differences in tongue manifestations between CSG with different syndromes, and it conforms to TCM tongue diagnosis theory.更多还原
