【摘要】 通过中医文献中“病”“证”“症”语义溯源及“病、证、症”辨治思维的发源与演变探讨中医学“病证症”辨治思维“，病证症”辨治思维是对“病”“证”“症”三者的有机结合，萌芽于《黄帝内经》时期，成形于东汉《伤寒杂病论》，后世不断发展；受西学东渐的影响，其现代内涵有了维度上的突破。探讨“病证症”辨治思维，既是对传统文化和中医原创思维的回归，也是对近现代中西医学研究成果的吸收和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 We explored the thinking of differentiation and treatment of "disease, syndrome and symptom" from semantic tracing of "disease" "syndrome" "symptom" in TCM literature, its origin and evolution of the thinking, the thinking was the organism combination of "disease" "syndrome" and "symptom", it was originated in the period of Huangdi Neijing(Huang di’s Canon of Medicine), took shape in Shanghan Zabinglun(Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases), and continued to develop in the later generations; its modern connotation has a dimensional breakthrough under the influence of the spread of Western learning to the East. The discussion on the thinking is not only the callback of traditional culture and original thinking in traditional Chinese medicine, but also an absorption and the reference of research achievements in modern Chinese and Western medicine.更多还原
